VÖLKEL GO-NOGO STI thread plug gauge, UNC No. 2 – 1.1/4, 38 sizes, to ANSI B1.2. Double-ended GO and NOGO gauge. For tapped holes that take wire thread inserts.

Specifications

  • Function: GO-NOGO inspection of internal STI threads
  • Double-ended design: GO and NOGO on one body
  • Application: tapped holes prepared for wire thread inserts
  • STI holes are oversized versus standard threads
  • Standard: ANSI B1.2
  • Thread direction: right-hand
  • Thread system: Unified coarse, inch series
  • Use stage: after tapping, cleaning or thread repair
  • GO end must enter freely by hand
  • NOGO end must not engage beyond allowed limit
  • Pass result confirms thread within tolerance
  • Inspection only: no cutting, chasing or cleaning
  • Suitable for production, maintenance, tool rooms, incoming inspection
