1. Preparation: Remove the spark plug, clean the damaged thread, and clear oil or carbon residue.
2. Drill out the core hole: If necessary, enlarge the damaged thread to the correct diameter.
3. Cut the oversize thread: Align the V-COIL STI HexTap and cut evenly using cutting oil.
4. Insert the V-COIL insert: Screw in the matching V-COIL thread insert until it sits flush with the surface.
5. Final check: Install a new spark plug and ensure a tight and secure fit.

What does STI mean?
