  • Thread cut complete in one pass
  • Spiral flute, 15° helix angle
  • Low helix suited to short-chipping materials
  • Form C chamfer: 2–3 thread leads
  • Threading close to the bottom of blind holes
  • Reduced shank passes below the thread core
  • Use on drilling machines, tapping machines, machining centres
  • Compatible with tapping chucks featuring axial compensation
  • Requires pre-drilled core hole and chamfered hole mouth
  • Cutting oil recommended, matched to workpiece material
  • Applications: maintenance, mechanical engineering, jig and mould making
