VÖLKEL GO-NOGO STI thread plug gauge, metric fine M8 – M33, 27 sizes, to DIN ISO 1502. Double-ended GO and NOGO gauge. For tapped holes that take wire thread inserts.

Specifications

  • Function: inspection gauge for internal threads
  • Double-ended design: GO end and NOGO end on one body
  • Checks tapped holes prepared for wire thread inserts
  • STI holes larger than standard tapped holes of same designation
  • Right-hand thread
  • GO end must enter freely by hand
  • NOGO end must not engage beyond permitted limit
  • Pass/fail result, repeatable between shifts and inspectors
  • Use after tapping, thread cleaning or thread repair
  • Inspection only: not for cutting, repairing or cleaning threads
  • Not suitable for external threads; use ring gauges instead
  • Applications: production, maintenance, tool rooms, incoming inspection
  • Used before fitting V-COIL wire thread inserts
  • Supplied as single piece per size
