1. Preparation: Drill out the damaged thread according to the tapping chart, deburr and clean the hole.
2. Cut STI Thread: Use the STI Mũi taro ren tay (tạo ren trong) M45×3.0 with cutting oil and cut the receiving thread vertically and evenly.
3. Insert Installation: Screw in the free-running V-COIL insert using the installation tool until it sits flush or slightly below the surface.
4. Remove Tang: Break off the driving tang carefully using a tang breaker.
5. Check: Verify the new thread using a screw or gauge; clean the thread surface.
