Machine Tap DIN 374 Form B HSSE - M 17 x 1.5 by VÖLKEL, item no. 39607, suitable for cutting internal threads.
Use this tool to create an internal thread for fasteners and fittings in metalworking and maintenance work. A machine tap is used when you need repeatable threads in series production.
Use suitable lubrication and keep the cutting edges clear so torque stays stable. M indicates an ISO metric thread, where you match nominal size and pitch to the mating thread. HSSE indicates cobalt alloyed high speed steel, commonly selected for tougher materials and stable cutting performance.
Note For consistent results, deburr the entry and keep the cutting area clean during use.
