Hạn chế

Các bước thực hiện

Clean the gauge and the workpiece thread so that contamination does not influence the check.
Align the GO side with the thread axis and engage it by hand without forcing.
Continue the GO check only with light, controlled effort until the acceptance condition is clear.
Apply the NOGO side in the same aligned manner and stop as soon as resistance confirms the limit condition.
Remove the gauge and inspect both thread surfaces if the result feels inconsistent.
Record the pass fail result according to your inspection routine and protect the gauge before storage.
