Step-by-Step Instructions

Prepare the workpiece: Ensure the surface is clean, flat and securely clamped.
Drill the core hole: Use the included 4.2 mm twist drill (HSS-Co, DIN 338) and apply cutting fluid.
Position the tap: Align the GREEN RING machine tap M5 × 0.8 perpendicular to the drilled hole.
Cut the thread: Apply consistent pressure and cutting fluid while tapping steadily.
Check the result: Test the newly cut M5 thread with a suitable screw.
