1. Drill the core hole: Use the appropriate Mũi khoan xoắn from the set (2.5 / 3.3 / 4.2 / 5.0 / 6.8 / 8.5 / 10.2 mm).
2. Chamfer the entry: A light chamfer helps to centre the tap and improves the thread start.
3. Clamp the tool: Securely clamp the tap in a suitable collet, chuck or quick-change system.
4. Set cutting parameters: Choose suitable cutting speed and feed for the material and coolant used.
5. Tap the thread: Tap with continuous feed, ensuring correct alignment and sufficient lubrication.
6. Retract the tap: Carefully reverse out of the blind hole without jerky movements.
7. Check the thread: Inspect with a matching screw or thread gauge.

Are these taps suitable for stainless thép?
Yes, they are designed for short-chipping stainless steels and other difficult materials.

Why a 39° spiral flute?
The 39° helix is optimised for chip evacuation from lỗ bít in tough, short-chipping materials.

Can I also use them in lỗ thông?
Possible, but for lỗ thông a straight flute or Form B tap is often more efficient.

Are the correct drill sizes included?
Yes, all required core hole twist drills from 2.5 mm to 10.2 mm are included.

Is coolant necessary?
Yes, we strongly recommend suitable cutting oil or coolant, especially in high alloy and wear resistant steels.
